How will the bike arrive?

Once an order is recieved one of our fully qualified Cytech mechanics build and fully set up the bicycle. They set up the brakes and gears before carrying out a full safety check. Once completed the bicycle is then partially dissembled to allow it to fit inside its packaging. During this process the front wheel and pedals are removed and the handlebars are turned. These items are very easy to refit to your bicycle with an Allen key set. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery is usually 2-4 working days from the time we process your order. When we receive your order, your bike will be scheduled into our workshop and we'll get in touch to let you know when to expect delivery. When checking out, please make any notes relative to your delivery in the space provided.

We operate a very slick operation to help ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. In sale periods, when the demand is high, please anticipate in a small delay in receiving your order. In any case, we will notify you about anticipated delivery dates so you are able to make arrangements to receive your order.

Bike orders require a signature on arrival unless you specify a safe place to leave it - this arrangement is entirely at your discretion, and we cannot be held liable for damages/dissappearance of bicycles with this method of receipt.

Overseas Shipping

Please be aware of your country's import duties - these differ from country to country and are not included in our shipping charges.
